We kindly ask you to make a payment of 30% of the total amount within 2 working days. Payment of the remaining amount is due upon check-in.

Please, send us a copy of the payment confirmation from your bank so that we block your dates in the calendar. Otherwise we keep dates open until the payment is received. Then we send you a Booking Confirmation, as well as the exact address.

Security deposit of € 200 cash is requested at check-in, refundable at check-out.
