HOUSE RULES
The whole apartment is a non-smoking area! For smoking you can use the two balconies.
Quiet hours: from 2pm to 4pm and from 10pm to 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise.
Parties or events are not allowed. You are responsible for visitors to respect the house rules.
No pets or other domestic animals are accepted in the apartment.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
In PEARL 69 there is a personal welcome and key transfer. Please, inform us in advance about the time of your arrival and departure.
The apartment is available for arrivals after 3pm. Departure time is 12am at latest.
All guests must present an ID for check-in.
IT IS ALL ABOUT TRUST
Come as a guest – leave as a friend. This means that if you stay at PEARL69 we believe you’ll respect that we have created this home with a lot of love and attention to detail. When you leave, we trust you’ll tell us if anything was damaged and we settle the score together. The security deposit will be refunded, then we’ll say goodbye as friends.
RESPONSIBILITY
We decline all responsibility for loss or damage of money, valuables or valuable items belonging to the guests.
