Very nice and comfortable apartment on a top location (5 mins walking to the main central pedestrian area). It was extremely clean and cozy. The host, Milena, was super friendly and responsive :)

The apartment we chose for our stay in Varna was more than perfect. It overpasses the pictures in terms of size, style and care. It has been fully renovated. We were 2 couples and a friend and had all the space and amenities necessary for great vacations. It is in the hyper center of the city and the walk to all bars and restaurants in the first line is 10 min. The apartment is perfectly isolated from the noise. Milena is a warm and respectful person who welcomed us with all care and was available for advising us on the city all the time. Even if we landed at 3h30 in the morning, she was waiting for us to give us the keys in person. The lack of lift in the building would absolutely not make us hesitate to come back. We definitely recommend.

Very neat and comfortable stay. We enjoyed staying in this lovely clean apartment. The host was very helpful for check in process and if we needed anything we just had to ask. The apartment is in a convenient location just in the middle of everithing and minutes to the beach.

We stayed at Milena’s place in Varna for around 2 weeks with our family of four. We were thoroughly pleased with her apartment and her communications. It was nicely decorated with a pleasing color scheme, was very centrally located and a short 10 minutes walk to the beach, many shops and restaurants, and a large nearby Lidl within a 15 minute wall if you’re looking for a larger grocer. There’s no elevator so there’s quite a few flights of stairs to climb up, but in exchange you also get some nice views and a cool breeze from the sea. It was also one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking to stay in Varna!

Ce spot à Varna est vraiment incroyable. On est venus avec quelques copains pour assister a un mariage et découvrir la ville et franchement,on était proche de tout, l'appartement est hyper propre et lumineux, grand, bien fourni, il y a 3 clims et une cuisine full équipée. Milena est très gentille, elle nous a donné pleins de bons conseils de restaurants et d'endroits à visiter. La vie nocturne et le shopping sont à 10 min à pied, ainsi que la plage et un énorme parc pour se promener avec des vues imprenables. On recommande vivement et on reviendra.

A very nice finding, Milena's place was very charming, clean, greatly decorated and in the middle of the city. It is walking distance to everything needed as a tourist. The apartment is huge and light. We are a couple that stayed there to work and to go out discover the city. it is well isolated so you can concentrate. it is also very close to the beaches, bars and trendy restaurants. I could not but recommend it. Thank you Milena

Super stay, perfect location! In this lovely apartment the attention to detail is evident in every aspect. Clean, spacious, bright, comfortable, with all amenities you’ll need. Very convenient location in the heart of town. Quick walk to plenty of food and drink related options. The Sea garden is very close, as well as the pedestrian area with restaurants and caffe shops. We needed a pharmacy, it is just 30 meters away. Only a 10-minute walk to the beach 😊 Milena is a great host, extremely accommodating and very kind. Highly recommend it, without hesitation.

L'appartement et très bien situés, très facile pour aller faire les courses et pas trop loin du centre et de la plage. Milena a été très gentille et a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l'appartement et de nous donner des conseils malgré l'arrivée tardive. Je recommande fortement!

One of the best places I've been to - price and quality wise. Great location and the best host. Everybody talks about the stairs, well - we didn't mind them as they aren't too many. I would say it's great for toning the muscles. :)

Highly recommended! Lovely place in the center of Varna, stylish with a mix of old/vintage and modern design. Extreme clean (and I’m picky about this!). Milena is truly a superhost- very friendly, flexible (with the check-in time in our case), and really cares about hosting people well. The building has no elevator which is good to know in advance but it was not a problem for us. We appreciated the walk up after a day spent laying on the beach :)

This place is probably the best kept secret in Varna in so many levels: 1/ Location, Location ... The apartment is minutes walk from the center of Varna. There is abundance of dining places and attractions within 5 minutes of walking distance. The Sea garden and the Casino are 5 minutes away. 2/ Apartment - even by American standards it is very spacious, featuring two full bedrooms, large kitchen, living room and dining area. All of them are air conditioned. It also features two toilets, which is very handy in the morning. The place is newly renovated and is equipped with all modern day amenities - inclusive of washing machine, dish washer and espresso machine. 3/ Parking - the apartment is in the 3 hours payed zone of Varna. You can pay with SMS from an European phone @ 1BGN. There is a payed parking within 100 meters. 4/ Host - Milena is very friendly and considerate person. She is fluent in English, French, Russian and German. She has abundance of advices about shopping places, parking and other useful tips. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS Some people have commented on the lack of elevator and the general appearance of the stairs. I must point out that the host has absolutely no control over these, and therefore such comments have to be taken with a degree of scepticism. The apartment is spotlessly clean, newly renovated, fully air conditioned, equipped with modern gadgets, and located in one of the best parts of Varna and excellently priced Those seeking better comfort can easily find it in nearby hotel Cherno More at 3x -4x the price. Highly recommend staying in Milena's place!!!

Milena's place is amazing! It suited us perfectly, the location is superb and close to everything, the apartment itself is nicely decorated and it it had all of the amenities we needed. WiFi was good and served as well for online meetings and general work. The only disadvantages of this place were the lock of the building itself which is really annoying and that the apartment is located at the last floor with no elevator. Definitely recommended!

This is our second time visiting in a span of about a month so, in an of itself, that says a lot. Spacious, centrally located apartment with all amenities you'd need, opportunities for free parking, close to the city beach and other hotspots. The host is quick yo respond, helpful and makes you feel welcomed. Warmly recommended to any potential tourists in Varna.

Very good location, close to the Sea Garden and the centre of the city. Although the streets can get a bit noisy, air conditioning and closing the windows helps with that. Spent two weeks there working “from home”, no issues with internet at all. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with anything you’d need if you want to cook. All in all, a great place to stay for a short or a longer period of time. Milena was great as a host, able to provide tips and very fast to respond when contacted.

It was a pleasure to stay at Milena's place! The apartment is beautifully decorated with a vintage but still modern vibe. It has everything you might need, it's clean, very spacious and everything is nearby. Milena was very friendly and helpful with advice about the city. All in all, I'd stay there again and I definitely do recommend!

Everything was as good as we've seen online. It's an apartment that contains everything you'd need away from home, there's a comfy retro feel about it that just made us feel cozy. Milena is an amazing host, super quick to reply on all our questions and super helpful. The apartment is right in the city centre, there's access to everything you'd need, there are plenty of beaches to choose from and some local attractions that we didn't expect to see. Super nice, we'll surely be back!
